QwikBuild

QwikBuild is a consumer AI platform that lets anyone build production-ready apps without code. The product was built. The question was: how do you get it in front of people, and which people? There was no established GTM playbook and no clear sense of which channels, messages, or positioning would work.

Instead of guessing, we tested everything. We ran advertising across Meta and Google, experimented with different positioning angles and messaging, tested product onboarding flows, explored PLG levers, and tried community-led adoption. Each experiment was designed to generate signal, not just traffic.

Some channels worked. Some messaging landed. But the most valuable thing we uncovered wasn't a growth hack — it was product signal. The GTM experiments revealed enough about how people understood (and misunderstood) the product that it informed a pivot on the product itself. Sometimes the best thing a creative partner can do isn't make the numbers go up — it's help you figure out what to build next. A major relaunch is coming.
